Had my vehicle serviced here for the first time, they were able to get me in and out is just over an hour but comparing this service department to others I have used in the past they lose a star because no one went over the results of the Free Health Report that they offer and the complimentary car wash was one of the worst ones my car has ever received.
I’ve been dealing with the West Edmonton service department for my daughter’s Taos. They have been so kind and patient working through the problems that another dealership service did. They are so knowledgeable and do their very best to help you! I have tried all the VW service departments in Edmonton. This one is the best in my opinion. Because I live in the West End, I was so excited when this one opened up. Easily accessible, I gave it a try. I have been so impressed from my first encounter (my radiator fluid dropped, during the -40* temperature we had in January- they replenished it no charge and no appointment necessary in the comfort of their entry Bay) Next oil change and tire switch- seamless!! And they store your tires for a very reasonable price! Just had my transmission flushed ...
