Customer service still exists! I was on the hunt for a very specific car for several weeks. I spoke and met with several other VW dealers in the city, but West Edmonton VW put them all to shame. Top to bottom, this was a great car buying experience. Coco, my sales advisor, was an excellent listener, communicator and she was very genuine in her desire to help me. Sam, the sales manager, and Dean (finance) were honest, present, and not pushy at all. There were a lot of little extras that this dealership offered that made me feel special and looked after. You'll just have to experience it for yourself. This is the only place I would go to buy a VW going forward. Absolutely love my new 2026 VW GLI 6MT in Alpine Grey!

I genuinely cannot say enough amazing things about my experience!! From the second I walked into the dealership, CoCo was incredibly welcoming, kind, patient, and genuinely invested in helping me find exactly what I wanted. At no point did I ever feel pressured or rushed. Instead, she went completely out of her way to make sure I was happy, comfortable, and confident in every single decision being made.
She truly listened to what I wanted in a vehicle and did absolutely everything she could to make it happen. No matter how many questions I had, concerns I brought up, or little details I wanted changed, she never once made me feel like I was being difficult. She made it very clear that she did not want me leaving unless I was 100% satisfied, and she genuinely meant that.
Her and the manager she brought to speak with me were both unbelievably accommodating and understanding of my situation, and the level of care they showed throughout the entire process honestly went far beyond what I expected from a dealership experience. They worked with me, kept me updated, answered everything thoroughly, and made what could have been a stressful process feel exciting and enjoyable, finally!
Even now after everything is finalized, she still takes the time to text back and forth with me about the car, answer questions, and gets excited seeing the photos and plans I have for it.
